At Nevada Property Pros, LLC, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our property maintenance and handyman services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every job is completed to the highest standards.
If you are not fully satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion by emailing jason@nevadapropertypros.com. We will review your concern promptly and may offer one of the following resolutions based on the situation:

Service Repair or Adjustment: We’ll return to correct or improve the work when possible.

Service Credit: A credit may be issued for use toward future services.

Partial Refund: In certain cases, a partial refund may be provided when other solutions are not suitable.

Refunds or credits are issued at the discretion of Nevada Property Pros, LLC after an assessment of the issue. This policy does not cover dissatisfaction resulting from changes made by the client after completion, pre-existing issues, or damage unrelated to the service provided.

Please note that deposits or materials purchased for custom or special-order jobs may be non-refundable.
